Biologist, PhD in biochemistry, I have been working in
scientific communication (health, environment, scientific matters)
since 2000. Since 2003, I have been starting to teach communication of
scientific research in some faculties of Italian universities:
- Tuscia University (Viterbo, Italy): Faculty of Agrarian Sciences, Faculty of Mathematical, Physics and Natural Sciences
- University of Padova (Italy): Faculty of Agrarian Sciences
- University of Milano (Italy): Faculty of Medicine
- Catholic University of Sacro Cuore, branch of Brescia: Faculty of Mathematical, Physics and Natural Sciences
A scientific
research communication handbook has
been recently published in Italian and Spanish languages. At the same
time I
would like to translate contents of this website in other
languages. I think that this project has the potential to
have a great impact on future generations of researchers to learn how
to better communicate research.
The problem is that I work as freelance and invited professor, thus I
have no financial support to pursue my goals. I am looking for a
support from institutions interested in communication as matter of
study, research and business, but I hope also that everyone can
contribute to this project with a donation. Thanks a lot!
